Apartment Description Our apartment is spacious and bright, with a total area of 112 square meters that includes a patio and a large wooden deck facing southwest. The indoor living space of 86 square meters is smartly planned for comfort and community. It features three bedrooms and two toilets, both equipped with showers. The kitchen, which is the heart of the apartment, is fully equipped and opens up to both the dining area and the living room, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere.

From the kitchen, a door leads to a practical utility room, where there is ample space for laundry needs and an extra refrigerator specifically intended for beverages—perfect for storing wines and other drinks for dinners and social gatherings.

The community also boasts a wonderful pool and sun area, adding an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment for all residents.
